The SUBWAY® Families are proud to welcome you to sensational Sydney. This year's program has been designed to inspire us all to achieve even greater results by focusing our efforts on the one thing that really counts - serving more customers, more often. Our goal for the Convention is to provide you with tools and information that will help you deliver a great SUBWAY® Customer Experience to each and every customer we serve.
Our Mission for 2012 is to:
"Delight every customer so that they want to tell their friends; with great value through fresh, delicious, made-to-order sandwiches and an exceptional customer experience".
All of our favourites have returned this year. The Trade Show is larger than ever, the Test Kitchen will be serving up some great new tastes. Be sure to make a special effort to visit the Technology Booth to see all the latest SUBWAY® technology and how it will help you manage your business into the future.
The 'break-out' sessions and guest speakers will provide you with a number of useful and practical tips on improving your business. We will celebrate 'Franchisee of the Year' and crown the fastest Sandwich Artist™ in the region.
Throughout the Convention we will hear stories that encourage us, ideas that challenge us and meet people that motivate us. I hope you leave the Convention truly inspired to take on the task at hand, delivering a great Customer Experience, so they come back more often!
